The C.O.D.E. method
A project drifting in silence does not exist here
You may have lived the other version: the provider who disappears, the project that slips, the surprises on the invoice. Our method exists to make that scenario impossible — structurally, not through good intentions.
- C
Phase 1 — Conceive
Week 1: scoping workshop, frozen specification, validated mockups. You know exactly what will be delivered, when, and for how much.
- O
Phase 2 — Optimise
Sprint-based development with measured acceptance: performance, security and quality checked at every milestone, test environment accessible at all times.
- D
Phase 3 — Deploy
Production launch on a fixed date, training for your teams, full documentation and the exit kit handed over on launch day.
- E
Phase 4 — Engage
Monthly numbers report, proactive maintenance and continuous improvements. We operate what we build.
Artifacts, not promises
What you actually hold in your hands
A method is only worth what it tangibly produces. Here are the four objects every client receives — systematically.
The frozen specification
End of week 1: a signed document describing what will be delivered, when, and for how much. Any later change goes through a written, priced amendment — that is what makes a fixed price possible.
The permanent test environment
From week 2, you have an address where you can watch your project progress, for real. No hand-picked screenshots — the system itself, at any time.
The Friday report
Every Friday, in writing: what was done, what comes next, what is blocked, what we need from you. A project drifting in silence does not exist here.
The exit kit
Handed over on delivery day: documentation, access, training videos, migration procedure. Whether you stay or not. Leaving must be easy — that is exactly why clients stay.
The next step
Live the method instead of reading it
Three ways forward, from fastest to most structured. In all three cases: a founder answers, never a salesperson.
