Autopsy: why your 40,000 MAD website generates no clients
Every month, a business owner shows us a recent website, paid at full price, that generates nothing. The autopsy almost always reveals the same causes of death.
1. It loads in 6 seconds on mobile
70% of your visitors are on a phone, often on 4G. Beyond 3 seconds, half of them leave before seeing your offer. The threshold should be written into the contract — ours says 2.5 seconds, measured.
2. Nobody finds it
A website without an SEO architecture is a business card filed in a drawer. The searches that pay (“your trade + your city”) demand a structure designed from day one, not a plugin installed afterwards.
3. It talks about you, not your clients
“Leader since 1995, our passion, our values…” Your visitors have a problem and 30 seconds. If the first sentence doesn't describe their situation, they leave.
4. No friction-free path to contact
An eight-field form as the only way in, in Morocco, in 2026 — while your client lives on WhatsApp.
5. Nobody measures anything
Without measurement, there is no way to know whether the site is doing its job. Ask for a monthly numbers report. If your provider can't produce one, you now know the cause of death.
The test: run your website through the Counter-Audit — our public checklist — and see what your provider should have delivered.
